Forgiving oneself and others is the hardest thing to do. It’s not an easy task for many of the people to forgive others and start with a fresh. As Mahatma Gandhi once said “The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong”. There is nothing wrong with anger if we have it and express in a positive manner without harming physically if not required. The last thing is to let it go and cut our negative connections ethrically. Actually, the sweetest moments in our lives and the bitterest moments of our life we never forget and forgiving doesn’t mean that you forget, if it is like that then you are still carrying bitterness in yourself and thus it becomes resentment and cause of many physical and psychological problems.
In that above Para many people will still remain the same so let us include one more. Firstly we must learn to forgive ourselves then we can easily do it to others. The ingredients you need is high self-esteem and a big open and loving heart (referring as heart chakra) to accept it. High self-esteem is that you feel good about yourself and when you feel good about yourself you develop confidence though it built high self-esteem. When we share it is referred as caring then slowly it becomes a service, though it will develop our heart and once it comes to practice your life will be beautiful.
Let us include another one. Spiritual evolution implies process, time and mistakes. Therefore internal forgiveness to oneself and others and seeking forgiveness from others is also very important for everyone as forgiveness is therapeutic. It heals us from within. It also gives us the opportunity to recognize & know our self deeply. The law of correspondence is “it is in forgiving that you will be forgiven” but first you have to learn how to forgive.
The last one. If it is difficult applying by will then we must include by doing some forgiving practices. There is a forgiveness prayer in a Yoga Prana Vidhya Organization which worked for me and if you wish you may include it in your daily routine. Steps to do it:-
Sit comfortably on the chair then firstly we will forgive others, then we ask for forgiveness from others then lastly we will forgive our self. In this audio, we have to assume that person for whom we are doing it and lifting our hands in a blessing position and by our hands, loving rays will reach to them. In between, we have to chant a mantra simultaneously with them and after that, we will cut the cords diagonally three times to release them ethrically.
