Now how does meditation helps for our self growth. There are three aspects for that is Physical, Emotional & Mental.
Physically it will improve our health, stamina, sense of well being, charismatic personality, less stress, increases immunity, etc.
Emotionally it will improve our emotional stability, strong will power, courageous/ confident, emotional intelligence, sense of responsibility, strong purified character and can control our arrouser level.
Mentally it will help improving our sharpness of mind, well organised, positive, quick recalling ability, concentration & focus, accurate judgments.
But above from all it also helps us to accelerate our spiritual development to getting us guided to the purpose and true nature of our life. Therefore, through meditation our mind that was often stressed, that lacked clarity and concentration, that often experienced jealousy, anger, greed, hatred and so on, can instead effortlessly remain calm, peaceful, clear and focused and naturally respond to anything with deep compassion, love, patience, generosity and so forth.
Everybody here without exception has the potential to change dynamically and anybody who doubts this, has yet to meditate.
