We all believe that having superhuman abilities are God gifted and it cannot be achieved easily though but there is one technique by which you do not need to eat food and that is “sun eating” also known as “sun gazing”. It is a valid practice recently confirmed by NASA. If you follow the protocol strictly then I would not be harmful to you as per the experts says.
Rules to perform as follows:-
- You need to see the sun directly at the lowest ultraviolet index times of day like sunrise and sunset.
- Begin with only 10 seconds for the first day and gradually increase it by 10 seconds every day till you reach 30 minutes.
- You need to be barefoot and actually in contact directly to mother earth like mud, dirt or sand.
- You need to perform it continually for minimum 3 months to maximum 9 months.
