Tickle Your Energy:- Tickling our energy works great in every situation, it’s like setting an alarm to one’s happiness. Very often when we get tensed or feel loads of stress or pressure due to work or any circumstances we must use the natural magic of energy which is all time surrounded us. By using many activities we can increase the level of energy automatically like listening to music, talking to our loved one, positive affirmations, meditation, playing games, outing, eating chocolate, etc but here I am not advising you to be happy and peaceful rather I am here to teach you how to engineer your chemistry the way you want it for yourself and to reflect it to others.
Now how does our energy works? Apart from our physical body, there is also another body known as energy body which contains chakras and aura, in theosophy it is considered as etheric body and in biology, it is referred as the bioplasmic body. When we fell sick or depressed or face any adverse condition our energy body becomes weak. If you are always going around with the fear of suffering you will never walk your life with full stride, it will always be half a step so first and foremost thing is not determined by what’s around you so if you bring this one aspect to you then there is no fear of suffering and ones there is no fear of suffering you will always be happy and free from all temporary disturbing elements of life.
In the last 100 years, we have done so many changes to this planet, with the use of science and technology we have changed the very face of this planet. Today we have the comfort and convenience that no other generation could ever imagine but are we all joyful? It seems to be a big NO. So rather than meeting this person or that person if we could manage to listen and feel our inner breath or meet the real inner one which is constantly saying that you are born to be happy in your own way then, in my opinion, you are actually tickling your energy from within.
For myself, I am a strong believer in feeding my mind subconsciously with positive affirmations like:-
I am open and receptive to all good.
I am happy and healthy.
I love myself and I see everyone through eye of love.
My feelings and thoughts are positive so as words and actions.
Say all those things loudly to yourself with a big smile on your face and I guarantee the expected results. So in that way or any of your choice will bring happiness to you, others and to your surroundings. “Smile, please…Click”.
